Participants unable to attend the Congress after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request to receive a refund (less 25% administration charges) no later than August 19th, 2016.
Requests received after this date will not be considered.
All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
On-site registration will be accepted. Participants wishing to register on site are advised to arrive early.

Participants may purchase additional tickets for their accompanying persons to attend the Welcome Reception. The cost per ticket will be $40 CAN and will include a glass of wine or beverage of their choice and light refreshments. It will also be possible to purchase tickets for the networking lunches and the concert of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal to take place on Thursday, October 20. We are pleased to provide you with information regarding purchasing tickets for the special evening event to take place on Thursday, October 20, during the 2016 International Congress on Palliative Care – a concert to be presented by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal.
The concert will begin at 8:00 pm and will be held in the beautiful Maison Symphonique, home of the OSM, which opened in 2011 to wide critical acclaim for its remarkable acoustics and visually stunning decor.
The concert is entitled Kent Nagano Celebrates the Montréal Metro, and will feature the celebrated orchestra under the baton of Maestro Nagano, and renowned Norwegian cellist Truls Mørk.
